Stacey Tank

Stacey Tank is Chief Corporate Affairs and Transformation Officer at Heineken. In addition to covering Public Affairs, Sustainable Development and Global Communications, Stacey supports the orchestration of key change and transformation initiatives of Heineken’s strategic agenda.

Prior to her current role, Stacey served as Vice President, Home Services at The Home Depot (NYSE: HD), the world’s largest home improvement retailer with $100.9 billion in annual sales and over 400,000 employees. In this role, Stacey led the Home Depot Interiors, Home Depot Exteriors and Home Depot Measurement Services businesses. Stacey had originally joined CEO Craig Menear’s senior leadership team in 2015 as the company’s Chief Communications Officer. In that role, Stacey held global responsibility for all aspects of corporate communications and external affairs, including: associate communications, product and innovation PR, executive communications, corporate digital and social media, the company’s “Story Lab,” community affairs, crisis, branded merchandise, events, the Homer Fund (an employee tragedy assistance program) and the company’s 501(c)(3) public charity (The Home Depot Foundation).

Before joining The Home Depot, Stacey was Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Relations Officer for Heineken USA (AMS: HEIA), the leading importer of upscale beers in the U.S. She reported to then-CEO Dolf van den Brink and as part of the company’s management team, navigated a difficult and successful turnaround period. As part of this role, Stacey led Heineken USA’s call centers, government relations strategy and Brewing a Better Future sustainability program.

Previously, from 2002 to 2011, Stacey worked at General Electric (NYSE: GE), where she held a variety of global communications, finance, audit and marketing roles across GE Healthcare, NBC Universal, GE Capital, GE Energy, GE Aviation and GE Corporate (including GE’s Communications Leadership Development Program and Corporate Audit Staff).

She currently serves on the following non-profit boards: The Home Depot Foundation, Academy for Systems Change, Woodruff Arts Center, Bright Pink and Serenbe Playhouse.

Stacey has been named several times to PRWeek’s “Power 50” list. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in communications and business from Syracuse University.
