Dolf van den Brink, CEO of HEINEKEN, is working to make the company more sustainable and engaged with society. 

Dolf joined Heineken straight out of college and has stayed with the global brand, gaining experience in a variety of titles on multiple continents. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Heineken USA, the nation’s premier beer importer, in October 2009, following a successful four-year tenure as the Commercial Director of Bralima, Heineken’s operating company in the Democratic Republic of Congo. During this tenure, Bralima became one of the fastest growing businesses within Heineken. Dolf was appointed as CEO as of June 1, 2020.

Dolf began his career at the Heineken Group Head Office in 1998 as a commercial management trainee. Between 1999 and 2003, he occupied various marketing and sales roles within the Netherlands and for Heineken International.

A native of The Netherlands, Dolf graduated from the University of Groningen with a dual master’s degree in Business Administration and Philosophy. In 2012, Fortune Magazine listed him as one of their “40 Under 40”. He is a member of the 2014 Class of Henry Crown Fellows at the Aspen Institute.
