What We Do

Our work focuses on personal, organizational, and systems-level change. These three dimensions have proven to inspire and grow collective energy for positive change when applied together. Our offerings help develop internal awareness, collaboration, and a system-wide view for collectively navigating our way forward. We are fortunate to collaborate with many organizational and community leaders to support community-led resilience and contribute to a future that holds dignity, belonging and thriving for all.

Tailored capacity building

We support our clients in building their capacity and deepening their work’s impact through three main services all informed by a system lens.

Trainings

We’ll work with you to tailor a training (or training series) on systems thinking tools and frameworks to fit the context of your team/group’s work.

Consulting and facilitation

We can support your team or group in putting systems thinking in practice within the unique context of your organization and/or work. Our consulting ranges from specific projects, to strategy development, process design, and more. Through our facilitation services we guide teams and groups through processes such as strategic planning, visioning, stakeholder engagement, culture transformation, and learning and evaluation.

Coaching

We offer systems coaching for groups or individuals who are interested in deepening their systems leadership practice. Our coaching approach is intended to strengthen your abilities to:

  • Function in an increasingly complex context

  • Embody the relational nature of systems change, working across differences in collaborative and creative ways

  • Nurture leadership practices that attend to the nexus between self and the larger system of which the person is a part

Our team brings a wealth of experience from many sectors and specialties.

Guided by our values, we engage individuals, teams, organizations, agencies, and companies to deepen awareness and understanding of systems, including personal awareness of the roles each participant plays within the system in question. This work is site- and context-specific, tailored to each client’s unique needs. With this deepened knowledge and awareness, groups are able to identify and take creative action towards their desired change.

    Well-Being for All Series

Offered in collaboration with CoCreative, this series invited friends and collaborators to share their stories, insights, and learning related to well-being. Webinars focused on the nature of and conditions that support well-being, and how we shift systems and ourselves so everyone can be more well, more of the time. We envision a world where, instead of focusing solely on systemic problems that need to be fixed, we work from a place of abundance, generously sharing our wisdom, practices, and values that can sustain well-being over time.
